The Morning
My beautiful garden and my mind so fresh,
The dew on the leaves near a green, cool mesh.
Every morning I go to meet,
My garden with blueberries, so sweet!
The white roses glistening in the sun,
The leaves of the papaya tree having fun.
In the cool, cool breeze in summer,
The rustling leaves in the bush murmur.
My small, new banana plant smiles happily,
I think every plant in my garden loves me.
Even in the blazing sun so hot,
By giving me a shelter the coconut tree helps a lot.
The sweet, juicy watermelons, which cool down the mind,
I love watermelons, as they are one of a kind.
The blooming lotus in my backyard pond,
With this colourful flower, I share a special bond.
The pink guavas are so nice and yummy,
By eating them all, I feel stress-free!
The holy basil smells so beautiful,
It cures my cough and cold, and is the best medicinal tool!
I love my garden so very much,
Which bares strawberries with the small seeds' crunch.
The fruits help make jelly, jam and pudding,
Oh! Dear garden, you are so loving!
